Fieldfare
This Fieldfare was one of a pair and this image was taken amongst shrubs at RSPB Rainham. Although Fieldfares are resident in the UK in small numbers and rarely seen, their numbers are swollen during the Winter by migrants from Scandanavian countries to overwinter and feed before returning in the Spring.
